Short sighted

I am short sighted and need glasses for when I read are there any ways that I can make my eyes stronger though? And what what colour and shape glasses are good for green eyes, round face and brown hair? Plus as an extra how can I make my eyes brighter and bigger?

If you need glasses for when you read, it sounds as if you are far-sighted, not short-sighted.

As for exercises, a qualified eye doctor can help you - really! But the important thing is to be sure exactly what your eye problem is, and that’s where you need a professional.

Frames with some green in them would bring out the green in your eyes. And oval or slim rectangular frames would help to ‘break up’ the roundness of your face.

Brighter and bigger - forget about eye drops for daily use. Just get plenty of sleep, and make sure you have proper glasses to avoid eye-strain.
