Ahh, just thinking about tomorrow is making me smile. well tomorrow, I'm going to birmingham where theres a huge shopping centre to go xmas shopping, obviously. I've been given £220 to spend on whatever I like. but thats the part I'm scared of...I know what I'm like, I don't think twice about what I buy, then the next day I regret it. I'm really scared about blowing 200 quid on sh*t.. hmm, how can I kinda control it? lol. if that makes sense.
Here's what I do - go into EVERY store before you purchase something. Do not buy something until your second time in the store.
I had to start doing that because I would waste all of my money on the first things I saw - then I would go into other stores later and find a better price or a better product and be pissed.
I used to do that LOADS. I gave my friend or whoever I was with all of my money, and would do as mandyloo said, go in all the shops I wanted, and then if I was sure I wanted to get something, I'd get my friend to give me however much money it was.
Sounds kinda silly but it worked :)
Bring one of your friends along to control you or avoid the stuff you like and think of your family and friends
