Shaving down there

Okka, so when I shave down there, I get bumps. How do I avoid them? Should I use shaving cream? Advice please!

Answer #1

Make sure your razor is clean and sharp Make sure the area is clean Shave in the direction of the hair growth (less irritation) Use a moisturing lotion

If that doesn’t work you can always resort to trimming away the hair with an electric shaver or a pair of scissors.

umm first off you shouldn’t shave down there cause if you nick your self you will bleed too death and second off why would you?

Answer #3

good answers from previous people above me.. although have you considered using veet in hair shower removal cream?..u put it on area you dont rub in.. you leave it all over area.. leave it for 6 min but while you waiting you wash hair and by time you done shampoo and conditioner time to wash it off… it scringles the hairs into bits and comes off easy.. doesnt leave bumps or itch ..nice and smooth

Answer #4

rinse it with hot water for like a min then use moister body wash then you first have the way the hair is growing to help git all the dead skin off so you wont git the bumps then shave the oppisite way so you can git a nice clean cutt and always rinse your razors while shaving in very hot waters helps keep them sharp and reduces friction witch causes the bumps

Answer #5

Go to the store and buy these 2 items: Baby Oil Gel (it’s in the baby section) Bikini Zone (it’s by the razors)

They work wonders. I use the baby oil gel to shave down there in the shower, just rub it all over down there and shave while the water is still running on you. It takes seriously like one minute to shave, and it comes out soo smooth. When your done and dried off, but the bikini zone on, it helps with irritation and the red bumps. I’ve been using those 2 things for over a year now, and I never have red bumps anymore.

Answer #6

You can use shaving cream, or a pharmacist lady once told me that aloe vera moisturizers work awesome as a shaving cream, because they moisturize you as well, which will help prevent bumps. Either way, remember to moisturize after too. Another tip is to only shave in one direction, generally not against the grain so that it wont be such a close shave that it will irritate the skin.

Answer #7

use shaving cream or shaving gel

Answer #9
