YES YOU CAN!! You can DEFINITELY get it from mouth to mouth contact - that is what cold sores are! (herpes on your lips, which can be transferred to the genitals again via oral. They used to be separate viruses but now they interchange.) The safest thing to do is NOT share drinks. Once you get herpes (or cold sores) you have the virus for LIFE!

NO! if you you have a cut on your mouth and her saliva or blood or some other bodily fluid gets in your cut from her thenyou may very well get it. just be careful to not drink after anyone who has a sore,cut or bump on their lips or if you have anything like that on yours dont drink from others either

Well herpes is a skin to skin transmission virus. I’ve been doing some research and it seems alls been leading to the idea of oral herpes being transmitted by kissing and or sharing a drink and the infected persons fluids some how touches the can or glass then there is a chance of contracting the virus.However its quite small but all the while very serious and dangerous which means quit sharing drinks.
