Sexual orientation, should I tell my parents?

I’m bisexual when should I let my parents/family members know?

Answer #1

I don’t think it is necessary to tell them unless you are serious with someone of the same gender. Why crush their dreams of a picket fence and twelve grandchildren if there is still a possibility…

Answer #2

Well, It’s really whenever you feel like it. Just be carefull on how you break it to them. They might not like what they hear. Good-Luck.

Answer #3

first make sure your 100% bi if so, then yes your human, you have the right to feel how you do and other people should respect that you should never feel ashamed or that you have to hide your sexuality or who you are not everyone will understand, but some people will stand up for yourself and dont let anyone put you down for who you are either

Answer #4

I guess it would depend on the relationship that you have with your parents and when you feel comfortable enough to let them know…

If you and your parents are close then you can try to make them understand where your coming from but if yall aren’t so close then you’ll have to be very cautious as you wouldn’t want to put any strain on your relationship with them…

So whatever you decide Good Luck…
