If you orgasm (cum) every time you masturbate and have sex AND that you do this several times a day or multiple times a week then you will notice that less and less semen (sperm) will come out. This is completely normal as you are not giving your body enough time to regenerate and make some more.

To have a healthy sperm count then you should be healthy overall. This means a good diet (fresh fruit and vegetables, less fat and sugar as possible) and a healthy life style (good sleeping habits, low stress levels, exercise often). Also, avoid wearing tight trousers or underwear because they cut off the blood circulation therefore causing lower sperm count.
