I just lost my virginity to my boyfriend and we used a condom and he didn’t ejaculate inside me. but I’m close to my period. and I think I might have just been ovulating. whats the chance?/

you can get pregnant at any time of the month but your chances are slim the condom is 98% effective at preventing pregnancy if used correctly so you have around a 2% chance and probably dont need to worry as ifeelcrazy123 said, going on birth control would also a good option and remember to LEARN about sex before you go off having it learn about as well as a male and female reproductive system birth control, contraception, pregnancy and sti/stds don’t have sex until you know the consequences involved with it because the main reason why kids and teens get pregnant and get stds is because of a lack of sex education

if you used the condom correctly, then it is 98% effective and since he didn’t ejaculate in you, the chances decrease even more. (but no form of birth control is 100%)

I still suggest going on a birth control pill or other form of EXTRA birth control. and it’s an excellent time to start on it when it’s your period.

You can get free birth control from free clinics or planned parenthood.

There’s always a chance to get pregnant, even during your period. Usually ovulation occurs anywhere from 12 to 16 days after your period. The only thing you can do is to wait around and see what happens. From here on out, use protection! It saves you from having to worry and you can have a better time. Sam
