The semen itself is harmless, and the act can indeed be beneficial - but - there is one possible scenario where it might be bad for the fetus.

According to Dr.Drew Pinsky of ‘Loveline’ fame, maybe. The concentration of meth is up to FIVE times higher than in a meth users blood. Of course the total amount of meth in the semen is fairly small since the ejaculate is comparatively small, but it has been reported that some women have failed drug tests following a BJ given to their meth head boyfriend.

And if that is true, there might be enough to harm the development of the fetus. However meth is the only drug that seems to do this.

it doesnt effect the baby whatsoever and if u ask a uneducated doctor they will probably say it just finallizes the pregnancy but it really doesnt
