In your situation, I wouldn’t worry too much about fine lines as long as you’re not offensive to your nurse. I’m assuming she’s a private nurse, and thus your employee. I don’t think sexual harrassment is an issue here, and if I were you, I’d avoid making your request seem to be a sexual one. Just ask your nurse to do what you need, and don’t provide explainations unless she (he?) asks. I doubt you are the first one to ever make such a request, and no one will hassle you over it unless they’re stupid.

Ignore the laws. What could the government possibly do to you to punish you? Put you in jail so you can’t run away? Hah! There’s a law for everything and everyone, and unfortunately it’s that way so they can choose who they want to go after. But, I don’t think you have to worry about them going after you unless you’re really really bad.

I just turned 29 march 9th I have severe spastic CP and my nurse helps me because I cant use my hands if your competent and can consent than its ok. If shes employed by an agency and not a private duty nurse than the agency might have an issue but private duty is ok. I have private duty staff 24-7. If you can do it youself than go for it. It also relaxes muscle spasms my doc cut back on my baclofen now im down to 20mg 3 times a day hope this helps
