Ha Ha that’s hilarious. I’m Christian and I think Dinosaurs are cool!

Who told you that Christians thought that?

Answer #2

I’m a christian, and no, I don’t think dinosaurs were created to test my faith. By the way, where in the world did you get that question from?!?

Answer #3

I personalony don’t believe in dinosaurs ahah.. I think they’re just a waste of time. I just focus my mind on God, and know that He’ll always be there for me :) He’s the only one I can ever trust!!! He loves you<3

Answer #4

I’m a Christian and I believe in dinosaurs. You can’t hardly NOT believe in them with all of the evidence of their bones being dug up and found. I do believe in Creationism, and I do believe in dinosaurs. Their are some Christians who believe that the dinosaurs were part of the Creation of God, but when Adam and Eve took of the forbidden fruit it says that God cursed the snake. (I don’t know whether or not it cursed all reptilians) But these Christians believe that when the snake was cursed then so were the rest of the reptiles. Therefore, the lovable T-Rex that they played catch with probably had some other forms of retreival on his mind after that. That is all heresay, I don’t know if I believe that or not, there is really not enough circumstantial evidence to back this idea up. As far as believing in Creationism, I do. The skeptics will laugh and say that its foolish to believe this way, but in reality, Evolutionalistic Ideas are just as bizarre as Creationalistic ideas. I would just prefer to believe that some Divine Being was behind our existence. You can’t really tell me that you believe that one day the atmosphere went, “BANG!” and this great earth was formed? Usually when we hear, “BANG!” it refers to something being destroyed, not formed.

Answer #5

“Evolutionalistic Ideas are just as bizarre as Creationalistic ideas”

Why is evolution so bazzare? And it is not just an idea, it is a proven fact.

Answer #6

You can’t really tell me that you believe that one day the atmosphere went, “BANG!” and this great earth was formed?

It has to do with the beginning of the UNIVERSE, not the Earth; long before any atmosphere existed. And though the NAME (The Big Bang) suggests an explosion at a glance; the mechanics behind the theory involve EXPANSION… not explosion.

Answer #7

Very few christians actually believe in creationsism. It is only the fundamentalist, born-again wackos who actually believe that. The extent some will actually challenge proven scientific facts amazes me.

Even the catholic church accepts evolution as fact.

Answer #8

Some of them do! And its because they believe so much in the earth not being that old that they cant believe things could have been on it before “god” made it how ever long ago 5000 years or what ever they think. I have meet more then one that said that old fossils and bones and things were made to test faith xD so odd!

Answer #9

Christianity is such a large and diverse faith that you will find a range of ideas on many topics.

Most Christians believe that the creation as told in Genesis is allegorical rather than being a scientific explanation of origins. They accept all the areas of science that contradict the Bible because they view the Bible as lessons on faith and morality rather than a scientific textbook.

Most of the young earth creationists I’ve talked to felt that dinosaurs were the behemoths mentioned in the Bible. They believe that humans and dinosaurs lived at the same time a few thousand years ago. Though I have heard the idea you mention that claimed that fossils and any physical evidence indicating that the earth is billions of years old instead of thousands was placed on earth by Satan to test the faith of believers.

Answer #10

no. im a christian and I dont believe that. where did you even get that from!?

Answer #11

haha I hope not bcoz thats rediculous hahaha

Answer #12

When I first moved into my apartment , before cable was connected, my fiancee’ and I sat down to watch antenna tv and on the local Christian channel there was a tv show that said this very same thing and claimed to prove that evolution was false. We watched out of curiosity and it never did. It just showed images of deer and proclaimed that deer never evolved. I wish I had taped it, it was hilarious.
