How can you send a link in an email, and have it appear as an image?

I want to send a picture to my friend, but her dumb computer wont open just regular clickable links. So what format can i put the pictures filename in so when she opens her email, she see’s the picture without clicking on anything? (tags to make the picture smaller are greatly appreciated in your answer) please give me an example format so i understand. Thank You.

On the email, there should be a link that says “attach files”, click it, and find the picture, click open and send the email. She should be able to see the picture now. Before you do this though, make sure you save the picture to your computer.
