Me and my boyfriend have been together for almost 16 months. My mom refuses to let us see each other because of our age difference. I have two ?’s- if hes 19 and im 15 but we have a 3yr difference can he be charged with stagitory rape and the second ? is do you think I should move out and live with him when I turn 16 and if I do what should I expect legally to happen

I don’t think you should move in with him, you could break up and then things would be really complicated. Your mom will always be there for you and you know you always have a home there with her. It depends what state you live in for it to be considered rape, the legal age to have sex in most states is 15 in others its 16.
