What is 'four score'?

I heard that Abraham Lincon said that but what does it mean was it a speech or something

Four score just means 80. A score means 20. When he says four score and seven it means 87 :)

A score is 20 years, so 4 score is 80 years.

Even though they already answered, I have to throw this in there: “four score and seven years ago” wasn’t actually a speech but was part of the Gettysburg Address.
