It looks like your hair is rather short, I’d say grow it out and cut it like in the picture. Straighten your hair if your hair is naturally wavy/curly.

straighten it forwad and in your face give it curveish cut tho with layers then itll look fluffy :) black looks good and with ur favorite color streaks
