Emo/Scene Hair?

I’m a guy, and I’ve been looking to have emo/scene hair for quite a long time now. I’ve been straightening my hair and I’ve had it layered, razored, ect… but it’s still really bulky and stiff almost. I have very thin, but VERY VERY thick hair. I want medium/long hair, and I’d rather not spike it or mess it up in the back. I might dye it sometime, but not any time soon.

Should I just get a bunch more layers and try to thin it out as much as possible?

The picture is of me a month or so back, it’s much longer now.

I agree with the two people above me and I think girls mostley do that stuff but quick/serious question are you gay that hair is nasty grow a dick

Answer #2

I totally agree with downassnikehomie emo/scene hair really sucks in my opinion guys with that kinda hair look no different to emo girls. seriously..

but watever- if your into that gay look so be it.. dont do any more layers that will puff it up even more

Answer #3

I dont agree at all with the people above I think scene/emo hair is hot and it should be unique. taking a picture to a salon sometimes doesnt help at all because the person in the picture may have completly differnt hair type from your hair. think of what you would want your hair to look like and tell the stylists exactly what you want. you should try thinning it out at the bottom and really short layers towards the top so it sticks up more and can be spiked up a little bit. that would be hot :)

Answer #4

I’ve taken a picture to a hair salon before and the girl still didn’t do it quite right. When I dye it, I’ll probably to black with white tips, hahaha.

Is there any way I can help keep my hair in strands versus it just flat after I straighten it? I get a lot of comments from people saying I have like helmet hair, hah.

Answer #5

Haha scene hair is gay, grow your hair out like a real man. Be a leader not a follower. Be a thrasher not a puzzy

Answer #6

well, from your picture, I say your hair looks pretty hott… but you should get it thinned out a bit. The best place to get scene/emo hair done is Toni and Guy. here’s link a link to their site: http://www.toniguy.com/.

peace.

Try looking for a picture on google, printing it out,and bringing it to the place you get your hair cut. thats what I do.
