  yes stress can cause a lot of pregnancy like symptoms it can even cause you to miss a period but to find out if you actually are pregnant you should take a pregnancy test 2-3 weeks after sex to find out (any sooner and the results wont be accurate) or see a doctor for a blood test to find out sooner and get more accurate results

  yeah...happened to me more than once...not fun. I had like panic attacks every single time.
