What would your scarlet letter be?

i use to be that way, get extremely violent but now i have became quite level headed

it takes a lot to get me mad and when i know something is going to make me mad i try to leave the area but it doesn’t always work so i found an outlet i lift weights and run off my anger :)

Thats a good way to release anger =D i didnt have a good outlet to get rid of my anger

i had to try many different things before i found one that worked but i managed to do it so now i can kind of exstinguish my anger in a way

Well i would run and exercise but it only made things worse for me then i developed a nasty habit but it stopped my anger.

yea haha it does. My letters stand for that nasty habit self harm or masochism

sometimes because people are RUDE and A-HOLES and they cant accept anyone thats different from them

I’m not really ashamed of anything lol, but I guess if I had to choose one it would be an S, for the same reason as yours xD

I would probably have to say F…the list is long but I will begin with 1…forgiveness…more like lack of it…:(
