Is it safe for me to download exe files with torrent?

Security is a complete misconception when downloading anything off a torrent.

Make sure you have a reliable anti-virus in place and do a full scan of the program before opening it.

i am using window 7, which have windows defender and avast at the same time.. is it ok?

It should be fine, but like I said, do a scan of the program before opening it.

Also you need some good malware trojan scanner. I use Malwarebytes free edition and it finds things my antivirus doesn’t. Also if you run the EXE and it turns out that is a virus and your definitions were out of date and it takes control of windows where you can’t even get to a boot screen, then you need a good windows image restore program like Acronis True Image.

Ya no problem in downloading the exe file from torrent but before opening it scan with what ever antivirus protection you have
