Why is it that, after a run, both sides below my belly button hurt?

I’m not concerned about it being a health problem or anything, I’m just wondering if I’m doing something wrong. It’s not cramping, it’s the muscles that hurt there. Am I running weird? Am I somehow working out that spot as well?

Im not sure, but thats happend to me before!!! i dont think its a health problem tho.. it only happens to me once and a while.

I think it’s like a tolerance thing. Your body isn’t used too it I guess. Well that’s the way I look at it.

Outta shape and you are slightly dehydrated. it’s just a way your body can cramp from both
