I'm not sure what you mean by "run out of internet" ... it's technically impossible. If you mean you have a plan that only covers so much internet usage and you go past it, usually, they add the overused amounts to your bill.
I don't think that has ever happened to me, but if it did I would probably just use my computer if I needed to go on. Though as long as you are connected to a wi-fi network then you can't run out.
