Romantic Dinner!!!

its gunna be my one year with my boyfriend soon and I would like to cook him a romantic dinner but I have NO IDEA want to cook! so if you have any ideas for a meal and a dessert I would like to hear about them please! thx!

OK, You need to get an idea of the sort of food he likes.

Maybe keep out any garlic and anything that is too strong spicewise. You dont want to be breathing over each other later smelling like a garlic clove.

Dont try and do anything TOO complicated.

Prepare as much in advance as possible.

Make sure that whatever you cook it does not mean totally ignoring him for two hours before dinner.

Check what parts of the meal can be precooked.

Choose desserts and starters that can be prepared beforehand.

Maybe do a variation of a dish you know he already likes or base the meal on his favourite type of meat.

Try and make it seasonal

If you can give me an idea of his favourite meat, I can funmail you a couple of recipes. I have collected a folderful of excellent recipes over the past 20 years and have tried and tested them all.
