You can try a breathing technique, take a walk outside, scream, cry, shower, punch a pillow/punching bag what ever you need to…just let out your anger and you will be free of it!

Breathing exercises. Practice every day for 10 minutes. Google mindfulness meditation. Visualization exercises paired with deep breathing (google this as well) can also help.
