Answer #4

Find out where they come from.

I had something similar some years ago.

I used to use washing agents with optical brighteners. Those are like… very small crystal things that catch the light and make your clothes look brighter. Like small lenses. And then I had red bumps and small spots of sunburn whenever I exposed parts of my skin to the sun that didn’t normally get sun… like the shoulders were always under my shirt, but then I wore sleeveless shirts in summertime and my skin there looked terrible the day after.

It might be that, but it might be something else. Maybe some allergic reaction? Try using different soap, different washing agents for your clothes, different sun lotion if you use any, any sun lotion if you use none, longer sleeves (see if it goes away then).

Or maybe some allergy to any seasonal food causes it? Try all those that you like and see if any of them makes it worse. If you find anything that makes it worse, you can see to avoid that in the future.

Or any garden weed remedy agent that ppl use at this time of year? Do you live near any crop fields?

Whatever… you must find out what causes it.
