How to get rid of the knot in my knee?

Friday i went to a school dance and i might have pulled a muscle. When i woke up on Saturday it was sore only going up the stairs which i had to do a lot because i had a bottle drive. But today when i woke up and got out of bed. I couldn’t even walk on it. Now its a bit better. I’m limping kind of and i need this gone my Tuesday because i have rugby try out!? Help!?

Massaging the knee and getting some heat rub can both help relax tense muscles. It will probably hurt quite a bit to rub it at first, but just try it and stretch it out regularly and it will start to help. If it is swollen then ice your knee and keep your foot elevated when you sit down as you could have fluid on your knee from the injury and this helps (I used to get this).

Have a hot bath every night to ease your muscles (you can get muscle relaxing bubble bath if you have a look in the shop) and just rest it as much as possible and you should be fine :) If it is still a bit sore Tuesday then get a knee bandage (they are like a stretchy tube of fabric you can slip over your knee) and it will help give it a bit more support.

Your best bet is to go to your doc
