How do I get rid of my heartburn?

Have you tried eating a cucumber/or fresh almonds w/o the skin? Seems to work for me…if you have continuous heartburn then you may have issues with acid reflux…ask your doctor to refer you to a gastric doctor. They will make you drink something before the test and either give you a pill to swallow it’s a new way of looking at your stomach w/o sticking that pipe down your throat & when they have the results your doctor can tell you if you need pills for acid reflux or notify you if it is an ulcer.

I hope it is just acid reflux…can take a pill a day for the rest of your life & all is well. If it is an ulcer…then that is not so great.

drinking milk helps

If it is heartburn and nothing more serious, drinking a glass of milk slowly, or sucking a peppermint will help.

With the time scale of your problem, I would make an appointment with your GP, just to check that it is nothing too serious.
