Can i still return my itouch 4g?

I bought it November 3rd so it still in the 30 day return policy. I bought it with the 2 year standard warranty plan from Best Buy. I’d like to return it and get my money back, it’s still in good condition but the back is scratched. If I return will I still get my warranty money back.

just return it how it is, my old one was way worse in condition then that and they just gave me a new one
