you could use the clone stamp to copy the part of the face that’s smooth and sort of “paste” it over a blemish. You could use the blur tool (looks like a tear drop) to smooth facial complexion.
but mostly use either the healing brush (looks like a band-aid) for small touch ups or the patch tool (looks like a gauze pad) for bigger areas that need retouching.
Their is was that you can start a photoshop,buy useing Kokcat,Hp,WebEasy are Photoshop smart, but there is some company that you may what too be care fill about because their are some companys that just went your money.
