did you have more than the legal limit? it doesnt necessarily mean you were wasted but you may have been intoxicated. if an officer gave you a breathalyzer test and you say you weren’t drunk then you have nothing to worry about. either way, drunk or not, you can’t just run away from your problems. you have to face this charge. if you run from the law I’m pretty sure you won’t get very far…and I’m also sorry to hear about your brother.

DUI means driving under the influence. You didn’t have to be drunk.

Like I said, “I’m not here to judge, however, it’s a very serious offense that you do need to consult an attorney and in the meantime, enroll in some type of alcohol and drug program, stay sober, find a job if you don’t already have one. Visit some victims of dui accidents, although no one was injured. The reality of the fact is someone could have been in that parked car, a bystander or children could have been there. Why did your friend grab the stering wheel? It’s two sides to every story and sometimes in life we don’t grow mentally if we don’t take responsibility for our actions.
