Removing a lip rig?

Hmmm without a ball eh it’ll probly either be a bar closure ring which has a straight piece of bar instead of a ball or a smooth segment ring both of which should be able to be removed in the same way as a bcr just look for the removable section and while holding on with your two hands pop it out with your thumbs . if that doesnt work then maybe try and pry the ring open slightly with a small pair of pliers ? but be very carefull or if you have the time and option pop into your piercer and ask them to change it they’ll have the proper surgical ring opening pliers for that purpose.
