how can i remove foreign material from my skin?

“””skip to bottom if you don’t want to do a lot of reading””” i slammed my hand on unexpected small glass and it shoved into my wrist and i believe deep and broke in many many places so it is not easy getting it out. i got the top part out (could actually be all it was and no more in my skin) and i can feel a slight bump on the spot it went in. it feels like there may be glass in there but i can’t seem to get it out. how can i get it out?

whenever i get foreign objects in my skin i get a needle and try to get it out and if i can not get it out then i take the needle and dig it into my skin to rip it up slightly to have access to the object better and get it out. to me a lot of pain on the spot for 2-7 seconds it better than having irritating pain for 3-20 days in that spot.

how could i get it out? i cut my self in that spot to try to get it but could not and also dug a needle in to try to get it. should i just leave it to heal and when its almost healed or healed all the way and double check to see if something is still in there?

—–> i got glass in my wrist and got the top part out. i believe it broke in a few spots and there’s is a small piece lodge deep in my wrist. i feel a small pain when i touch it and a lump but i have been poking at it with a needle and razor.

what should i do? how can i get it out?
