how do you relieve or cure the period cramps?
im going to get my period anytime n I’m currently having a bad cramp. (feels like knifes stabbing in the stomach) cant. focus. on. homework.
Tylenol, mydol, ibuprophen, a warm bath. This won’t directly help but try eating like 2 bananas per week. If it stays real bad like that everytime I would suggest seeing a doc
I take two Aleve and a nap, it work wonders! The very next day it’s like nothing ever happened. :3
thank youuu. but every month, my period cramps are always severe. and doctors can only give birth control pills, i dont do pills. pills make me nauseous :(
Maybe instead of pills they can give you a depo shot
