The worst part about this question is that I can’t even answer it (shame on me) … I’ll take this query to the guys on top and see if we can’t get you a good answer (and figure it out, myself, lol). One thing I do know is that you have to be living in Canada or the US to be able to register your cellphone.
Ok, so apparently it’s something that pops up when you need it. You have more than 50 points, so you don’t need it, as the only reason you would need to register your cell is to validate your FunMail (which opens up when you earn 50 points).
