reduced fat or skim

is it better to have reduced fat (2%) or skim milk for a teenager who is not overweight… just trying to maintain weight? also how much of each nutrient should I be cobnsuming each day (fat, carbs, protein, etc.) and how many calories?

I used to drink skim during wrestling but from what I’ve heard from herbologists is that the fat in milk is very healthy and 2% is just what you want
