reduced exercise

I was wondering… I jog at the moment for about 50 mins each day. if I reduced this to say about 30 mins.. whilst still maintaining the same diet… would I put on weight? also what are good workouts/exercises that you can do discreetly at home… by that I mean where nosey brothers and sisters cant see you o.0

You would not put on weight - but your weight loss could decrease or go slower if you lessen your workouts.

As for what workouts you can do:

-Yoga -Pilates -Tai-Chi -Squat Thrust (great for legs, thighs, and butt) -Sit-ups and Crunches
