Depending do you mean a acne kit? or jjust things you can do to reduce it. There are lots of kits to try, but are also expensive. If your acne isn’t that bad. I would just make sure to clean your face morning and night, with a acne wash (Clean and clear grapefruit fashwash, $5). Don’t touch your face throughout the day cause your just putting oils on your face, which will increase it. Stay away from working with grease, fast food places and reduce eating greasy foods. there are a lot of little things you can do to reduce it.

Answer #7

You can use acne medications and lotions, etc.. Birth control helps, no lie.

Natural ways: You can drink lots of green tea and water! (green tea is full of antioxidants that help your skin and water is just plain pure)

Wash your face with a wash rag in warm water first, then cold water. The warm water opens your pores white you scrub out all the dirt. The cold water closes your pores preventing more dirt to get in.

If you sleep on your stomach like I do, try to watch/change your pillow case often. The bacteria and oils from your face/hair can create acne.

Wash your hair often as well (especially with short bangs), the oils can make your own face oily which creates acne.

You can make a natural humidifier. Boil a pot of water and place your face over the steam (with a towel over your head) for 10 -15 mins. Not only does it help your skin, but it gives a great glow to it.

Be sure to wash your face before your put on your make up, and wash it off before you go to sleep.

Hmmm..Can’t think of anymore, but this is good enough maybe?
