What is a good recipe for hamburger meat?

I want to know a good recipe for making yummy hamburger meat/patties (where ever you are from) to make burgers.

What percent of fat does the hamburger ur gonna use have? Cuz that will change the flavor, gimme percentage and I can do better recipes for u

All I know is that its low in fat… If I have to guess, its probably 25% and less.

Ok then its more like a steak hamburger, ok u cud cut up jalepeno’s and cheese and put them in thr, or season salt and cut up onions in them, fry or grill them then put bbq sauce on them, u cud get some crushed red pepper and mix it in with it and a tiny bit of paprika, u cud put cheeses in the middle of the patty while cooking it just be sure its closed all the way around, make 2 patties and fold the cheese into a square that fits the burger then fry it. Hope these work

Mix 1 lb. raw hambuger w/: aproximately 1 handful of minced mushrooms 1 small minced onion 1 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. cumin 4 or 5 dashes of tobasco (for flavor, it won’t make it hot) salt and pepper to taste.

grill, broil or fry; top cheese of choice.

If you depress the center of the burger before you cook it, you get an nice even burger that toppings won’t slide off of. Buger tend to “plump” in the middle as the cook.

Firstly,use a good lean beef mince,don’t buy value stuff.. it won’t taste anywhere near as good…. then combine some chopped onion with the mince ( you could also add any other vegetable that you like), then put a pinch of salt in, roll into a ball, flatten it into a burger shape, then fry or grill it.. Voila :)
