Recipe for baked potato?

Oh wow yumm. Harleyrider that sounds awesome. I’m going to have to try that. I love sweet potatoes.

Microwave for 10 minutes (make sure you poke holes in it with a fork)

Then add what you want I like: Butter Chives Sour Cream Chedder Cheese

My fav, is to take a sweet pot and cut it into 1/4. put it in a baggie and shake with some olive oil. lay them out on a cookie sheet and sprinke with sea salt and rosemary (if you want to ) bake at 450 for 30 min. turn over after first 15 min. but If you want quick and easy then yeah, Microwave. I usally wrap mine in suran wrap and poke hole around it with a fork then Microwave until soft. Then top with what ever your hear desires.

Wash the potato with cold water and scrub all the dirt and muck off of it. Make a cut the lenght of the potato about an inch deep. Place it in a microwave safe dish and nuke on high for 8 minuets. If your microwave has a baked potato feature use it. After 8 minuets remove from microwave and test with a fork. You should be able to get it all the way through without resistance. If nessicary heat another 5 min or untill fully soft. split and enjoy. yummm
