Does anyone have any realtor marketing ideas?
I am a Realtor and I am looking for new ways to market. Does anyone have any cute sayings like to put on candy bars or inexpensive items such as “Want a sweet deal call…” and sticking it on a Hershey bar?

Why don’t you start looking for a new career instead? The playing field in residential real estate is hopelessly overcrowded. In California, for example, the number of licensed realtors doubled between 2001 and 2006. With the market downturn and the speculative activities subsiding, the number of transactions will eventually decline to the pre-boom levels. In this market, you should be prepared to do more work for less money. Are you? It’s going to take way more than a cute saying to sell houses in this market. One cute saying that could help though is one that mentions reduced (or perhaps fixed) fees, at least for buyers. Or you could try something unconventional, such as branching out into repo sales…

A good free way to advertise your properties is Craigslist. Its free and everywhere. I know that I live in Pittsburgh and I am constanly on there under housing for sale and also apts/housing which is the rentals and there are tons of realtors. You can also use the pennysaver, the flyer, and honestly, I would just google “free advertising” and see what pops up. But I would defanitely go with Craigslist…Oh, and this other one that is affiliated with ebay, its www.kijiji.com. Try that one too, good luck.
