Why am I so sore from the hip down?

okay asoon as I woke up I felt really sore when I was moving. so when I stood up it hurt from my hip and went down but more torwards my private area if you know wht I meaan. :o and I really dont know why it hurts down there cause I mean I dont masturbate or have sex or anything. [[im only thirteen]] but I HAVE started my period but its all screwed up I hvnt had it in a few months. so please help. :(

Its properly your period then you do get pains and cramp when its about to start so just be prepared ok and if the pains bad take paractamol it works and if you have only just started your period it does take a couple of months until your next and then when you have been on it for about a year or longer it wil be around 28 - 31 days until your next but can be early and late x : P thats the only thing it can be if you havent had sex. just remember if its early or couple of daysor months late and you havent had sex dont worry x : )
