AND SWEAT WHILE EXERCIZING. get that heart pumping and make sure your sweating and push yourself haha I’ve been trying to lose weight but its really hard to stop eating chocolate and stuffing my face.

well…to lose the weight yew dont need to follow a long diet programe, there are some simple steps that yew can follow to do it. in morning before yewr break fast put one spoon of honey in luke warm water and drink it…yew have to do it for 20 days…yew may get stomach problem but beleieve me it will be fine in 2-3 days…it will will also help yew to get rid ov pimples!!
