How to know who's rated your pictures?

How do you know the number on the scale that someone has rated you on?

Do you rate your own pictures?

I feel like a noob asking.. but how do you know? I get emails saying my photos were rated, but I can't tell what it was rated...

Anyone know why my pictures won't work? It says upload and click on it and then nothing happens?
