Ratchet and clank up your arsenal messes up on cutscenes

My ratchet and clank game keeps messing up on cut scenes like: annihilationnatinatinatinatinatinati —silence , I returned it and got a new copy but it does the same thing. Its not the system because it works just fine on all my other games, not even a glitch. Im starting to get sad because I’ve had some bad weeks this year, and now I cant even play my game :,,(,,

Maybe its a glitch in the game its self. This glitch being in every copy of the game ever produced. If this makes you mentionably sad, then you really do need a life.

Skip the stupid cutscenes and play the game.

it might be the disc check the back of the disc it might be scratched it normaly happends to my games to
cheer up :-))
