Rash on hands

:) Asking two medical questions in one night!

I have eczema, and have always gotten irritated skin from various things-new clothes, some soaps, etc. But this past summer, I worked in the kitchen at a summer camp. We used chemicals for 99% of the cleaning, and I got rashes all over my hands, especially in between my fingers and on my wrists.

That was two weeks ago, and they pretty much went away. But a few days ago, my fingers started itching (extremely!) once again. Could this be the same thing, but somehow coming back? Or something else? And what should I do for extreme finger-itch? Help!

if you infect it, it could turn into ceryasis (I think thts how its spelt). its like exzeama but its reder it weeps it even itchier and it really stings. ouch!

Answer #2

Yeah its pretty much the same thing coming back. I have the same problem. Those chemicals are too strong for you to not wear gloves, and even then it may aggitate your skin. You should try to stay away from those chemicals. If you cant do that then wear gloves and buy great lotion for eczema and see a dermatologist
