Raise???

Is it manitory to get a raise and vacation with in a year of working

Answer #1

It’s general practice to give a cost-of-living increase just to keep up with inflation, but it’s certainly not the law, and the days of employers giving a yearly raise may be gone for quite some time. We have officially left the “complaining about the perks I’m not getting” era and entered the “I’m grateful I have a job at all” era.

Answer #2

No it’s not Mandatory. Although, it never hurts to ask for a raise or a vacation if you feel that you deserve one.

Answer #3
