rain+hair=horrible

I have short kind of poofy dried out hair and everytime it rains my hair gets even more dry feeling and it just poofs right out. I need some kind of leave in condionair or something that I can use at school so that my hair looks half way good. can anyone recomend anything?

A lot of people struggle with this, all of the girls at my school, whenever it rains, refuse to go outside! I always find though, that if it happens to your hair, if you give it a good brush, it looks better, after that I usually tie it up, so that damp hair doesn’t hang in my face.
