How do you quit Hydromorph cold turkey?

follow the dosing instructions on the bottle, I don’t see why you couldn’t take an ibuprofen or other anti inflammatory/pain reducer. . drink plenty of water and eat well too. You’ll be fine, just stay strong and remind yourself that your’e doing the right thing for your health and sanity, although it might not feel like it. I gotta say this as well. If you experience anything that’s too extreme or intense to handle, go to the emergency room. They will stabilize you with anti-psychotics and an intravenous supply of nutrients and vitamins. Yeah its scary, and I’ve been through this before, personally (morphine). It takes some courage and commitment but you will come out the other side and it will be amazing.
