nothing has been proven to increase hair growth but ther are some myths that mite be worth trying cuz those myths have to come frome somewhere rite?

try massageing the scalp to get the blood moving. this mite stimulate growth
if ur hair is dryed out it wont grow as fast as healthy hair so try products like maroncin oil whick fixes damaged hair. heat protector is also good, but not just if u use a blowdryer or hair iron but even because weather conditions can damage ur hair too. -make sure ur scalp is moistureized so use products like pantene or head and shoulders once and awhile to moisturize ur scalp. but these products can be too strong for some people so do ur research before gettn them or ask sumone to make sure.

Food: lots of protein, wheat, vitamin a(milk),vitamin b(red meat and veggies) vitamin c (fruit) Shower: use leave in conditioner, don’t comb hair while wet! Very bad, be careful while brushing hair Other: trim hair 6-8 weeks, try not to straighten or curl hair often unless using curlers that you keep in over night

One, eat properly. Your diet and exercise helps your hair quite a bit. Try vitamins. Vitamin B and D would be best. Also to keep your hair healthy, try not to blow dry your hair too often, and if you are going to use a hair curler/straightener use a heat protecting spray. You can get that at any Beauty shop or salon. Try washing your hair in cold water rather than hot, and do not wash your hair everyday. Your hair depends on it’s natural grease.

Using horse shampoo has proven to have great results. I’m yet to try it myself. :)
