I have a hard time thinking of things to say when im with my girlfriend. What kinds of things can I talk about to spark a conversation?

Talk about the things going on around you, like plan a date to go on a nature walk or something like that, ask her dislikes and likes, ask what she thinks about the what she is planning for the future, you get the idea

Dude, like how can it possibly make sense for you to use rote memorized material while talking to your girl? Talk without filters. Talk about whatever you want to talk about. Talk about whatever naturally comes up in your mind. You are just putting too much mental weight on what she ‘might’ think of anything that you have to say - here’s for liberation, she’s going to think nothing. Just assume that.

Go somewhere new and talk about the things that happen there. what you like and don’t like. ask her the same… yet, this best works for someone who is an extrovert.
