Questions about orgasms

I’ve read a lot of the stuff on here, it just confuses me more. I’ve had the body tense up and the shaking of the legs, but is that an orgasim? do you squirt cum or just get very wet? how do you know if you have had one? how can you help yourself get one? just tell me as much info as possible, I’d like to know.

Yea you kinda just know when your having one, oh just fyi some girls can’t get themselfs off by themselves so you may have a problem there.

If you had one - you’d most likely know it. Its a very intence feelings unlike anything else, there is usually heavy breathing involved. Sometimes you squirt but not always and often do get wet. If you want to give yourself one you have to learn what feels best for you and keep doing it.
