Question about drug tests:

A question I’ve always wondered is (and no, despite the fact I have tons of questions about marijuana in my history, this has nothing to do with it) if you are going to be drug tested, do you have to be told? Would it be illegal to take urine from you, then drug test it, without your consent?

That’s kind of what I figured, but like I said, I’ve always wondered.

Yeah I think it is illegal. Don’t they have you sign a paper first saying “I give them permission.. blah blah blah…”

I think unless they have one of those tickets of authorization. and if not, they can just hold you and possibly wait for your consent or wait for somebody (chief officer, judge, etc,.) that will give the consent for you. consent is not always needed, depending on the situation.
